Alliance Residency Schedule
Get ready to laugh and learn this Fall during Improv Salt Lake's 8-week stay at the Alliance Theater. That's two months of shows, classes, and workshops featuring local improvisational groups and performers. Events will be held Tuesday through Saturday, with special line-ups, guests, and community jams in store.
With 36 shows, 3 classes, and 3 workshops planned out, there's plenty to do! To get reminders, you can follow our Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Saturday Late Night events on Facebook. Improv Salt Lake kicks off our residency at the Alliance Theatre with two improv show. TBD Improv presents comedy, games, and more. Opening act Blue Valentine brings the heart with dramatic improv.

Improv Showcase
It's a big opening week for the Improv Salt Lake residency at the Alliance Theatre. Our first of two late-night shows features the Fundamentals of Improv class in a performance showcase.

Improv Salt Lake
Saturdays we feature our Improv Salt Lake showcase teams in a night of raucous whimsy. Duos from a Hat spontaneously pairs to improvisers for wild two-person scenes and then Through the Ages presents improv about the funny, uncomfortable, ridiculous, and surprisingly tender realities of women's lives.

Saturday nights we get a little weird. Unleaded 85 brings their unique and fast-paced sketch comedy show to the Alliance.
