Improv Salt Lake is a welcoming and inclusive association that fosters creativity, provides accessible opportunities, and supports personal and collective growth through performance, education, and the art of improvisation.

Create a future where improvisation is a vehicle for belonging, empowerment, and representation.

Accessibility: We implement inclusive practices and resources to support anyone interested in engaging with improv.

Fulfillment: We develop spaces where individuals can express themselves, pursue joy and growth, and engage in creative aspirations.

Empowerment: We foster communities that encourage its members to take risks, explore their voices, and grow in confidence.

Accountability: We are committed to transparency, fairness, integrity, and mutual respect as set forth in our Code of Conduct.

Collaboration: We build partnerships across organizations to cultivate trust, share creativity, and generate a sense of belonging.
